The airport is going to be developed in 4 phases where 1st phase will have 2 runways and first phase is expected to finish by 2024. The first phase of airport is expected to start in 2024.
Film City on Yamuna Expressway was announced in Sep 2020 by UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The Film City is going to be developed in Industrial Sector 21 on Yamuna Expressway. This is very attractive project on Yamuna Expressway. Film City project is being designed by a US Company CBRE. The film City will be developed in 3 phases. The first phase is expected to finish by 2024.
Residential Plots on Yamuna Expressway There are only few residential sectors on Yamuna Expressway where YEIDA (Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority) have launched plots. These sectors are 18, 20, 17, 17 A and 22 D.
